The Peace dollar is a coin that replaced the popular Morgan dollar.

The change occurred in 1921, when both types of currency were still minted. Beginning in 1922, the peace dollar was already the only American one-dollar coin in circulation. It was in this year that the coins were minted the most in history. The currency was produced from an alloy of 90% silver and 10% copper. Its weight is cataloged at 26.73g, and its diameter is 38.1mm.

The reverse of the presented coin depicts the image of a seated eagle, under which the inscription "Peace", meaning peace, is placed.
