Regulations of the loyalty program
§1 General Provisions
1. The organizer of the "Points Collector" program is SGP Metal Trade limited liability company, entered in the register of the National Court Register kept by the XI Economic Department of the National Court Register in Krakow number KRS 0001068230, NIP: 9452282088, REGON: 526911409, based in Krakow at Ludwika Pasteura 6a/5.
2. The "Points Collector" Program begins on 19.04.2021 and is valid indefinitely.
3. Program will apply only to purchases made directly in the online store www.srebrnamennica.pl. Orders placed via third-party platforms and email and telephone orders will not be credited to the program.
4. The purpose of the "Points Collector" program is to reward purchases with special points. The customer will be able to exchange these points at any time for a discount code entitling the customer to a discount on purchases in the online store www.srebrnamennica.pl
§2.Definitions
1. Product - a collection of items available in the store, for the order of which the customer can be rewarded with points.
2. Customer - an individual or legal entity participating or planning to participate in the "Points Collector" program.
3. Program - loyalty program under the name "Points Collector", which is organized by Silver Mint.
4. Regulations - these regulations of the loyalty Program "Points Collector" and other regulations of the Online Store,
5. Online Store - the website operating at www.srebrnamennica.pl,
6. Account/Customer Account - an account registered by the user in the online store www.srebrnamennica.pl used to make purchases.
§3.Participation in the "Points Collector" Program.
1. Participation in the program is voluntary.
2. Any customer with a registered customer account in the online store www.srebrnamennica.pl can become a participant of the program. The participant of the program can not be a customer making purchases in the store as a Guest.
3. Joining the Program is done by accepting its Terms and Conditions, which can be submitted by the customer through his/her registered Account, after logging into the online store www.srebrnamennica.pl.
§4. Terms and conditions of the loyalty program "Points Collector".
1. Loyalty program is valid from 19.04.2021 for an indefinite period of time. Points accumulated during the duration of the program, the Customer may use up to 1 month after the end of the Program.
2. Each Customer participating in the Program will be rewarded with points, on account of sales contracts concluded by him through the Store.
3. The amount of points awarded depends on the category and value of the Products sold. Detailed information on the number of points awarded is provided in the description of each Product covered by the Program.
4. The Organizer may award additional points to the Customer for:
- purchases made by the Customer before enrolling in the Program
- orders placed before the Program period
- promotional actions conducted through social networks
5. Customer will not be entitled to points under the Loyalty Program, if there was an individual agreement with the seller on the terms or sale price.
6. Customer will not be entitled to points under the Program if the order placed is not completed.
7. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude a given product from the Program without giving any reason.
§5 Use of collected points
1. Customer has the opportunity to exchange the collected points for discount codes for subsequent purchases in the Store. The Customer may decide about the exchange at any time.
2. The value of a discount code is calculated based on the number of loyalty points exchanged by the Customer. The following conversion rate applies: 20 points = 1 zloty gross discount. The Seller reserves the right to change the conversion rate without informing the Program Participants.
3. Customer can use the exchange of points for discount codes for up to 1 month after the end of the Program.
4. Collected points, nor discount codes derived from the exchange of collected points can not be paid to the Customer in the form of transfer or cash.
5. The "Points Collector" Program does not combine with other programs, discounts or sales available at the Store.
§6. Information on personal data.
1. The Administrator of personal data processed in connection with the implementation of the rules of these Regulations is the Program Organizer. Entrusted personal data will be processed only within the scope of the provisions of this section of the Regulations. Detailed information on how the data are processed can be found in our Privacy Policy.
2. The Client has the right to inspect and control the processing of the data that concern him, in particular, the Client has the right to supplement, update personal data and withhold consent to their processing. For this purpose, the Customer should contact the Organizer by email, at kontakt@srebrnamennica.pl.
§7 Cancellation of participation in the Program.
1. Customer has the right to resign from participation in the Program at any time and without giving any reason. For this purpose, the Customer should contact the Organizer by e-mail or use the appropriate cancellation option within his/her registered account in the Store.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Program within 30 days of informing the Program Participants.
§8 Complaints
1. Complaints regarding the Program, including those regarding the awarding of Points, should be submitted by e-mail to the Organizer's address - kontakt@srebrnamennica.pl, specifying the order number and a detailed description of the situation.
2. The Organizer will respond to the submitted complaint without undue delay, but no later than within 14 days from its proper submission by the Customer.
§9 Final Provisions
1. Program operates on the basis of Polish law.
2. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Regulations, provided that all Participants are duly notified (in accordance with Article 384 of the Civil Code). The amendment to the Regulations will not affect transactions concluded before its introduction and the points awarded to the Customer as a result.
3. In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the provisions of the Civil Code.
