If you regularly shop at our store, or plan to do so, you've come to the right place. Here you will find information about our loyalty program - if you decide to join it, each of your purchases will be rewarded with points. Whether you are buying investment gold, silver bullion coins or collector's values - you can benefit from it!
How to get started?
To collect points in the loyalty program you must have a registered account in our store. If you make purchases "as a guest", points will not be accrued and there will be no possibility to restore them in the future.
So if you would like to join our loyalty program, remember to create a customer account.
That's not all - to start collecting points you must formally join the loyalty program. To do so, we will ask you to accept its regulations once. In your Customer Panel, find the "Loyalty Program" tab or click here.
The terms and conditions of the loyalty program "Collector of points" will appear before your eyes - read them carefully, and then accept the conditions presented. You will be asked to do this only the first time - your acceptance will be remembered in the store's system.
Done - from now on all your purchases will be rewarded with points! Just remember to log into your account before proceeding with further purchases.
How many points will I receive for my purchases?
The number of points you will receive for a purchase depends not only on the amount you spend. It is also influenced by the type of product you buy, as there are two rates in our store:
- 1 point for each 50 zloty spent - applies to products from the Gold category, such as Gold investment coins, or Gold investment bars
1 - point for each 10 zloty spent - applies to all other products in our store, such as Silver investment coins

- Collector coins, Silver bars, Investment
- coin packs, Diamonds, Platinum,
- Copper,
- or Accessories.
You will find information about the number of points due next to each product, as well as in the shopping cart, when finalizing the purchase. You can find the amount of accumulated points at any time in the "Loyalty Program" tab on your customer account.
Status of awarded loyalty points - why some points are pending confirmation?
Points in the loyalty program are accrued at the time of purchase. You can view them at any time by logging into your account and going to the "Loyalty program." tab.
There you will find a table with information on the points awarded for your individual orders. You will certainly notice that points can have two different statuses:
- Approved points - are presented in green.
- These are points that you can already use, as the orders from which they originated have already been paid for and confirmed by the store staff.
- Points pending confirmation - are presented in black
- .
- These are points that have not yet been confirmed and you cannot use them. Their status is based on the status of the order to which they have been charged. If the points for an order are not approved, it means that the order is not paid, requires confirmation by the store staff, or has been canceled. If the payment for the order is credited, the status of the points will change.
What can I do with the accumulated points?
It's very simple - the only way to use loyalty points is to exchange them for a discount coupon. You will exchange them at the time of your choice. You will also be the one to decide how much points you want to spend on a discount coupon.
To make an exchange, log in to your customer account and go to the "Loyalty Program" tab. Under the points table you will find the "Generate Coupon" button. After clicking it, a new window will appear - the system will ask you what amount of points you want to allocate to the coupon. Enter the desired amount of points and confirm with the button "Make exchange."
If the correct number of points has been entered, the exchange will be confirmed by the appearance of a new window with the following information:
- Discount code (starts with the prefix PS_)
- Value of the discount code (expressed in zlotys)
- Expiration date of the code (one year from the date of the exchange)
How many points do I need to accumulate and what kind of discount will I get?
Our loyalty program does not impose any restrictions or minimum amounts of points you need to accumulate. You can decide for yourself when is the best time to exchange points for a discount code. What's more, having accumulated a certain number of points (e.g. 200), you can decide on your own whether you want to exchange all of them or only some of them (e.g. only 100).
The value of the discount code you receive will depend on the number of points you allocate for exchange. A point accumulated in the loyalty program has a certain value and it is currently 0.05 zlotys (5 cents). So, with 100 points in your account, you can get a discount of 5 zlotys if you decide to exchange all the points for a discount code at once.
Below are some examples of the value of a discount code, depending on the number of points to be exchanged.
