The heroine of the popular Germania series epitomizes the region once ruled by various clans that gave rise to today's European nations. The territory of Germania stretched between the rivers - the Rhine and the Danube. A woman armed with an imperial Reichsschwert sword and a shield symbolizes courage, strength and self-confidence. The featured coin is the fourth installment of the flagship collection from Germania Mint, and is also available in other weights - 2 oz, 10 oz and 1 kg.

The obverse of the coin depicts Germania confidently taking her first steps on an unknown land. The heroine wields a sword and shield, and her head is decorated with a laurel wreath. The woman is accompanied by a two-headed eagle guarding her from danger - a creature associated with the god Janus. To its right we can read the inscription GERMANIA 2022 while above the figure of Germania there is information on the silver sample and the coin's weight. The reverse of the coin depicts the traditional image of the Germania Mint coat of arms - a two-headed eagle holding lightning bolts with olive branches around it.
