The reverse depicts a majestic bald eagle with outstretched wings, perched atop a column and clutching the United States flag. A ribbon with the inscription “VIGILANCE” wraps around the column, and the values “HONOR. COURAGE. INTEGRITY. PERSEVERANCE.” are arranged around the composition.
