The Flowing Hair Dollar is the first one dollar coin issued by the United States government. Issued between 1794 and 1795, the currency is an important part of the history of American numismatics, being a symbol of the newly formed country and its aspirations. The Flowing Haird Dollar was produced in small quantities. In 1794, only 1,758 were minted; by 1795, the number had grown to tens of thousands. The one-dollar coin is highly valued among collectors not only because of its rarity, but also because of its historical significance.

The reverse of the copper medal depicts the profile of Liberty's personification with loose hair, which symbolizes the youth and freedom of the new nation. Around the head is the inscription "LIBERTY" and below it the year of issue. The obverse of the disc is made in a patriotic theme, full of symbols related to the United States. The rim reads what sample of copper and the weight of the medal.
