Magnum Opus is a Latin-derived term used to describe outstanding works.

At this point, it's hard to say whether the presented silver coin will be such a work. Nevertheless, the "magnum opus" theme itself seems to be interesting, and the unusually interesting design for which Pressburg Mint is famous could make this coin, too, a remarkable work. The extraordinary work alluded to by the first coin in the series is the so-called "golden ratio" - that is, the most beautiful pattern of mathematics.

The presented coin perfectly illustrates the beauty of proportion. It can be seen in almost every graphic element found on the reverse. It includes three superimposed and interpenetrating rectangles with various geometric shapes. Under each of the rectangles is the inscription "Magnum Opus," and the coin's denomination is placed near the edge. The reverse, meanwhile, features an image of Queen Elizabeth II and another dose of beautiful, proportional geometric shapes.
