The silver coin introduces us to an adorable creature inhabiting Australia's countryside called the wombat. This friendly animal is one of the most beloved due to its appearance and ease of taming. Wombats lead a nocturnal lifestyle, and their food is mainly grass, bark and roots. The coin with the image of a wombat has attracted a lot of interest from the beginning - in addition to being limited to 25,000 copies of the issue, it features an annually changing reverse, which makes it more valuable to collectors.

The reverse of the presented bullion coin is decorated with an image of a curled up in a ball, sleeping wombat. The animal lies among the surrounding Australian vegetation. In the upper part of the reverse we can read the inscription "WOMBAT", while in the lower part we can read information on the date of issue, the bullion sample and the coin's weight. On the left side we will notice the symbol of the Perth mint in the form of the letter "P". The obverse of the coin is decorated with a classical portrait of Queen Elizabeth II, together with the denomination.
