Bhutan Silver Coin: Year of the Horse 2026, 1 oz.

Sera is issued in a low circulation of 20,000.

The Chinese Year of the Horse symbolizes energy, movement and freedom. People born in this sign are considered full of life, adventurous and sociable, but sometimes also impatient. The horse in Chinese culture is associated with success, travel and independence. The Year of the Horse encourages new challenges, change and dynamic development. In tradition, it is said to be a favorable time for enterprising and creative people. However, one should be wary of over-hasty decisions that may result from over-enthusiasm.

On the reverse of this silver investment coin, the central part features an unusually fine, artistic vision of a horse, the form of which is reminiscent of a stylized, ornamental motif known from old wall decorations. At the top of the coin are the year of issue and the name of the coin, carefully integrated into the whole composition. The lower part of the reverse contains technical information - the denomination of 200 ngultrums, as well as the weight and the silver purity marking, which confirms its investment nature. The obverse looks equally impressive - its central part is occupied by an extremely complex and richly decorated emblem of the Kingdom of Bhutan, full of details of deep religious and national symbolism. The whole is surrounded by the inscription KINGDOM OF BHUTAN, which unambiguously indicates the country of issue and gives the coin an official, state character. Such a well-thought-out composition makes the coin not only a valuable means of placement, but also a unique work of minting art.
