The Black Flag series was dedicated to the theme of the most famous fleets and pirate ships.

Its latest edition is dedicated to Ching Shih, a woman who started her adult life as a prostitute in one of China's brothels and became the commander of one of history's greatest pirate fleets - The Red Flag Fleet. Ching Shih had 1,500 - 1,800 ships and more than 80,000 men under her command. Her fleet terrorized China's territorial waters and infuriated not only local authorities, but also the major European powers.
