Australian Kookaburra 2015 Silver Coin, 1 oz.

This is the 25th anniversary edition of the popular Kookaburra.

Issued in 2015, the silver coin is already the 25th part of the extremely popular series from Perth Mint - the Australian Kookaburra. It is worth noting that this is an anniversary edition, marking 25 years of the series. To mark the occasion, the central image of the reverse is an updated copy of the one that appeared on the coin in 1990. At the very bottom of the coin, the years of issue of the series of currencies are shown.

The reverse of this edition shows a kukabura sitting on the wooden stump of a eucalyptus tree. Around it we can see eucalyptus branches and fragments of other Australian plants. At the top of the coin was the inscription Australian Kookaburra while at the bottom are the years in which the series was released, the weight and the silver sample. As every year, the obverse remains the same, depicting the profile of Queen Elzbieta II along with information on the denomination and date of issue.
