The print run of this edition has been reduced to only 5,000 pieces.
The silver coin is a continuation of a series that began in 2020. The theme of the coin is the heroine of one of Edmund Spencer's novels entitled "The Queen of the Bard." It is an unfinished epic consisting of six books and an excerpt from the seventh of the planned twenty-four. This makes the mentioned work one of the most extensive in English literature. The protagonist of each book is a knight representing one of the virtues, such as brotherhood, holiness, friendship or loyalty.
The reverse of this silver bullion coin presents us with the reclining main character, the beautiful Una, accompanied by a lion. The woman is lying in a winter dress, with her left hand stroking the animal, while her right hand plays with her hair. At the very top is the inscription THE FAERIE QUEENE. The obverse shows the left profile of the currently reigning monarch King Charles III, along with the date of issue and the denomination of the coin.
