Germania Beasts silver coin: Gullinbursti 2025, 1 oz.

Just over two years after the release of the previous coin, Fenrir, we are pleased to present Gullinbursti, a continuation of the series. Gullinbursti is a mythical boar from Scandinavian mythology, created by the dwarfs Brok and Sindri. It was forged from gold and had shining bristles that shone in the dark like the sun. The animal belonged to the god Freja, who used it as a mount - Gullinbursti was so fast that it could move on the ground, in the air and on water. Thanks to its brilliance, it lit the way even in the darkest night. It symbolized strength, speed and divine power.

As in the previous edition, the silver coin depicting Gullinbursti impresses with its remarkable design. The obverse and reverse together form a full image of the legendary golden boar. The obverse features the head and front part of the creature's body, complemented by weight data, bullion assay and the inscription "GULLINBURSTI." The reverse shows the back part of the boar's silhouette, as well as the double-headed eagle characteristic of Germania, the denomination and the year the coin was struck. The whole coin combines mythological symbolism and modern design.
