Year of the Rabbit is another product of The Perth Mint inspired by the Chinese calendar.
The Lunar III series is a continuation of the very well-known series referring to the Chinese lunar calendar. Coins from the Lunar collection are available in a variety of variants in both material and weight. The Year of the Rabbit is the fourth installment in the series - we present a collector's edition of this coin. The two troy ounce silver coin has been additionally enhanced with a colorful UV varnish, giving it a unique look. The product is a unique offering for both collectors and fans of the Perth mint.
The reverse of the collector coin is decorated with a pair of rabbits, whose silhouettes have been given a colored effect. One of them reaches out with its muzzle to a branch sticking out next to it, while the other looks back. Next to the animals we will see the Chinese sign symbolizing the Year of the Rabbit. The obverse of the coin remained unchanged from the regular version - it depicts a classic portrait of Queen Elizabeth II.
