Big Five II - is a new edition of South African coins that are very popular among collectors.

The collection was dedicated to the wildlife of Africa and beautifully depicts images of the animals of the so-called "Big Five". Colloquially, these are said to be the most dangerous species of African wildlife, but the term was coined by hunters and originally referred to those species that were the most difficult to hunt. The "big five" include the elephant, black rhinoceros, leopard, lion and buffalo.

The elephant kicks off the next edition of the Big Five series, with an edition limited to 15,000 copies. The coin's reverse depicts a carefully crafted portrait of the animal beneath which are the inscription "South Africa" and the name of the series. Between them is the emblem of South Africa. On the obverse, you will find information about the coin's denomination placed in the center, along with its weight and silver sample. It separates the two halves of the elephant's head. When the two coins are placed side by side, we will see a merging image.
