We present the next installment from the collection inspired by the majestic water bird, the Swan. This bird is known as a symbol of beauty, grace, purity, wisdom and perfection. Swans often form lasting couples, spending a lifetime together, so they also symbolize marital fidelity. Although their white feathers may seem innocent, these birds are excellent at defending their territoriality. They do not hesitate to defend their territory from intruders, and their distinctive "singing" can frighten unwanted visitors. The Australian Swan coin is distinguished by the annually changing image on the reverse and a low mintage limited to 25,000 copies.

The reverse of the silver investment coin presents a swan flapping its wings as it settles on the water. The bird is depicted against a night sky with a full moon surrounded by stars. Around the swan is arranged information about the coin's name, date of issue, bullion sample and weight. On the right side one will also notice the symbol "P125" commemorating the anniversary of the Perth mint. The obverse of the coin depicts a portrait of King Charles III along with the denomination of $1.
