The fifth medal in the series depicts the world's largest pyramid of Cheops at Giza.

The Seven Wonders of the Ancient World is a collection of ancient buildings and statues that were to people of the time what places like the Statue of Liberty, the Louvre, or the Statue of Christ the Savior are today. They were the most famous buildings of antiquity, representing the hallmark of a place. They served both a representative function and were a must-see for visitors. The first cylinder in the series depicts the Pyramid of Cheops at Giza, the largest ever built. These structures were erected some 4,500 years ago, as the tomb of the then-reigning pharaoh Cheops, from the Old Kingdom period.

The reverse of the featured medal shows the titular Great Pyramid, towering over the desert sands. The obverse depicts the death mask of Pharaoh Cheops, for whom this pyramid served as a mausoleum. Below it is the denomination, 1/2 Deben, the former currency, or rather, the trading unit used for exchange. One deben was then equivalent to 90 grams of gold.
