Silver Alien Coin, Ghana 2022, 1 oz (antique)

The "Ghana Alien" collection is inspired by one of the unexplained mysteries of the cosmos, which is extraterrestrial life. Scientists have been trying for a very long time to bring us closer to the answers to the most difficult questions about the universe, but alien life forms still remain a mystery. Space missions to advance research are limited to acquiring new samples. With help in imagining "aliens" comes the creators of science fiction works such as "Dune" and "Prometheus." The featured coin is the official legal tender of Ghana and has been refined with an antique effect, which adds to its unusual appearance.

The reverse of the investment coin is decorated with a classic image of an "alien" with an elongated, narrow head and bulging eyes. The whole thing gives the impression of the creature sitting in a capsule placed on a spaceship. The obverse of the coin depicts a classical portrait of Queen Elizabeth, next to which are arranged decreasing circles, orbiting around her. From the obverse we can read information about the silver sample, the denomination and the date of issue.
