We present Vegvísir—a unique collector’s bar cast from the highest quality 999.9 fine silver. Each piece features an individual serial number and mint mark, highlighting its authenticity and collectible nature. The bar is the culmination of the Run series, developed by Germania Mint over the past three years. Inspired by Nordic tradition, Vegvísir—known as the runic protective compass—was said to guide travelers through stormy seas and unknown lands. Its eight radiating arms form a sacred symbol of balance, courage, and unwavering faith in finding the right path even amidst the greatest adversities. In mythology, the Vegvísir was not only a navigational tool but also a sign of protection, perseverance, and spiritual guidance trusted by warriors and travelers traversing the world of men and the realm of the gods.

Eighteen runes are placed along the edge of the compass, each referencing all the designs released in the silver bar series. In ancient beliefs, runes served not only as an alphabet but also as symbols endowed with extraordinary power. Each symbol expressed memory, strength, protection, and destiny, revealing the hidden order of the world and serving as a bridge between humans and divine wisdom. Surrounding the Vegvísir, the runes enhance its symbolism, linking the compass motif with knowledge, ritual, and the spiritual heritage of the Norse tradition. Another unique feature of the design is the magical UV effect—the runes are adorned with a special pigment that reveals its hidden glow when illuminated by ultraviolet light, adding an extra layer of mystery to the bar and highlighting its extraordinary character.
