Gullinbursti is a mythical boar from Scandinavian mythology, created by the dwarves Brokki and Eitri. His name means "Golden Bristle" because he had golden hair that glowed even in the dark. Gullinbursti was a gift to the god Frejr and served him as a mount, fast and reliable both on the ground and in the air. With its brilliance, it was able to light the way while traveling. The boar symbolized strength, courage and divine power. Gullinbursti is one of the most recognizable magical creatures in Nordic myths.

In the latest edition, a silver coin dedicated to Gullinbursti once again attracts attention with its unique and refined design.
