Silver bullion bar referring to the Chinese calendar.

The silver bar refers to an old Chinese legend. According to the legend, long ago in China lived an extraordinary horse called the Thousand-Mile Horse , which could run a thousand miles in one day. Many tried to tame him, but no rider could bring out his true strength. One day a wise horse expert, Bo Le, appeared and recognized the hidden talent in him. Under his care, the horse regained his self-confidence and showed his extraordinary power. Since then, Qiānlǐ Mǎ has become a symbol of talented people, who only need someone to notice them. The Chinese to this day say that every Thousand-Mile Horse needs its Bo Le.
