Cicero, or Marcus Cicero, was one of the most prominent Roman speakers.

Cicero is known for his philosophical, rhetorical and political works. He successfully represented clients in courts of law, but became famous primarily for his forum speeches, in which he defended his beliefs and opposed political enemies. Cicero was also the author of many literary works, including, among others, philosophical treatises in which he presented his views on topics such as ethics, politics, religion and rhetoric. His works influenced the development of philosophy and rhetoric until modern times.

The obverse of the copper medal depicts a bust of Marcus Cicero. He is clad in a traditional Roman toga. The reverse presents the shield of the coat of arms, together with a setting of various white arms. In front of it are crossed 2 banners, along with two muskets. At the very top there is a sentence denoting the right to keep and bear arms. at the bottom there is an indication of the copper sample from which the medal was made, along with its weight.
