Grizzly Bear is a copper medal inspired by one of the most powerful land predators.

The grizzly bear is a subspecies of brown bear inhabiting mainly the northwestern part of North America. Adult individuals reach a height of up to 2 meters and a weight of up to 360 kg. Although due to their powerful jaws and paws ending in sharp claws we associate them with merciless killing machines, they also do not disdain plants - if the situation demands it they eat roots, fruits and even grasses and herbaceous plants. The name "grizzly" was given due to the occurrence in some individuals of a gray tinting of parts of the coat, which gives the animal a starling appearance.

The obverse of the coin depicts a roaring grizzly bear in a pine forest with the name GRIZZLY BEAR above. The reverse depicts an eagle with a shield, carrying an olive branch and arrows in its talons. The weight and metal purity designation are above and below the eagle.
