Silver Lunar III Year of the Dragon 2024 Coin, 1 oz (Purple Coin-Card)

We present another collector's edition for the fifth release from the extremely popular Lunar III series. The collection is a continuation of previous Lunar editions - the coins refer to the Chinese lunar calendar, according to which each year is represented by one of the twelve signs of the zodiac in the form of animals. The animal symbolizing a given year is said to significantly influence the character and fate of the person born in it. The year 2024 marks the most distinctive of the signs - the Chinese dragon. Those born under its sign are distinguished by a strong personality and creativity.

The reverse of the collector coin presents the traditional image of the Chinese dragon surrounded by the elements of water and fire. In the upper left we notice the Chinese sign symbolizing the Year of the Dragon, next to which we read the date of issue and the inscription DRAGON. Colorful embellishments made with a UV laser greatly emphasize the creature's distinctive appearance. The obverse of the coin features a classic image of Queen Elizabeth II. The coin is packaged in a dedicated "Coin-Card" type packaging.
