We present a unique silver coin whose greatest feature is its extraordinary two-part design. This is not an ornament meant to be viewed from a single perspective—its appearance can be altered by stacking the two separate elements on top of each other. Thanks to this, the same coin can present completely different facets, and its full visual effect is revealed only after both parts are combined.

The first element depicts a mysterious, long-haired woman. Her face is partially concealed by a distinctive mask, whose form and ornamentation draw on images of Hindu demons and fantastical creatures known from Asian tradition. The visible female face creates an intriguing contrast with the dark and unsettling motif of the mask, making the composition immediately eye-catching.

The most fascinating effect, however, appears after the second part of the coin is placed on top. It is designed as the upper half of the mask and perfectly complements the first element. When both parts are joined, the woman’s face changes completely—delicate, human features give way to a demonic visage. In an instant, the serene, feminine image is transformed into a far darker and more expressive figure.

The two-part design means that the coin can be viewed not only as a collectible made of silver but also as a small work of art in which form plays just as important a role as the depicted motif. The contrast between the woman and the demon symbolizes the two different faces of the same character—one seemingly calm and human, the other hidden, dark, and unsettling. The ability to physically combine both elements further emphasizes the idea of transformation.
