Columbia & Germania is an interesting coin from the Allegories series, inspired by the power of femininity.

The collection was created to pay tribute to the "Mothers of Nations." The leitmotif appearing on each coin in the series is the human figure of Germania, accompanied by a woman who is a personification of another of the nations. The Allegories series alludes to traditional and national values.

The obverse of the coin depicts the poetic, female personifications of the United States and Germania walking together toward the future. This is a symbol of shared traditional values and history. On the coin's rim you will find the name of the collection - Allegories, the coin's weight and the silver sample. The reverse of the coin is filled with symbolism. In the center, there is a shield divided into four fields, referring, among other things, to Romanesque traditions. The shield is surrounded by an oak wreath, symbolizing loyalty, stability and national unity.
