Hussars II BU Silver Medal, 1/10 oz.
The silver medal is a continuation of the popular Polish series.
The cylinder's theme refers to the rich history of Poland.
The medal we present here is another second installment of the popular Polish bouillon, the Hussars. The series is dedicated to the world-famous Polish elite heavy-armed horsemen. The Hussars were a military formation in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth in the 16th and 17th centuries. The Hussars can be described as Polish heavy-armed cavalrymen who were known for their courage, mobility and effectiveness on the battlefield. The Hussars often made daring charges, often deciding the fate of the battle. Their success depended not only on their fighting skills, but also on well thought-out tactics, discipline and courage.
On the reverse of this silver investment medal we are shown a charging hussar towards the enemy. He is galloping with his hoof stretched out in front of him. To the left is the hussar's banner, with the name of the medal around it, as well as the consecutive series number. The obverse of the coin depicts the emblem of the Republic of Poland in the central part, with a fictitious denomination - 1/10 of a Polish penny - in the lower part.
Note: the product was not issued by the National Bank of Poland and has no official or official character. The medal was produced by a private company, in no way affiliated with state bodies.
