Luke Skywalker is one of the most famous characters of the "Star Wars" saga, symbolizing the struggle between good and evil. He comes from the planet Tatooine, where he grew up with his uncle, not knowing his true origin. In time, he discovers that he is the son of Anakin Skywalker, who crossed over to the Dark Side of the Force as Darth Vader. Under the tutelage of master Obi-Wan Kenobi and Yoda, he learns how to become a Jedi and restore the balance of the Force. Luke played a key role in overthrowing the Galactic Empire and saving his father. In later years, he tries to rebuild the Jedi Order and pass on the knowledge he has gained.

On the reverse of this silver investment coin we see the figure of Luke Skywalker with a lightsaber. At the bottom is the Star Wars logo, and to the left is the distinctive symbol of the Rebel Alliance. At the very top near the rim are the weight of the coin, the indication of the silver purity sample and information about the license granted.
