Legendary Warriors is an interesting series of silver investment medals.

Hannibal Barkas was one of the most outstanding military commanders of antiquity, best known for his actions during the Second Punic War. He came from Carthage and became famous for his daring expedition across the Alps to attack Rome from the north. His greatest victory was the Battle of Cannae in 216 BC, where he inflicted a devastating defeat on the Romans. Despite his successes, he failed to capture Rome and ultimately lost the war, and after years of wandering committed suicide to avoid capture. His war tactics are still studied in military academies around the world today.

The reverse of the silver medal presents us with Hannibal's majestic silhouette against the rubble of the captured city. He is clad in Roman armor and covered in tiger skin, holding an ornate spear in his hand, and wearing a helmet with a plume on his head. On the back of the coin you will find various weapons used in battle by the warriors, as well as information on the bullion sample and weight.
