The Chinese Panda is a popular investment coin issued by The Bank of China.

We present a special edition of the famous Chinese Silver Panda coin. This coin, weighing 1 ounce, was issued in 2009 to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the issuance of Chinese commemorative coins made of precious metals.The Chinese Panda premiered in 1982, and The Bank of China is responsible for its issuance. This silver coin attracts attention both by its unconventional weight and the fact that its image changes every year, making it an object of interest not only to investors, but also to collectors.

The reverse shows us two adult seated pandas against a background of a bamboo forest. The denomination, weight of the coin and silver content are also placed here. Around the rim is an inscription indicating the anniversary nature of the coin. The obverse of the coin has remained the same since the beginning - it features the Temple of Heaven building located in Beijing. Below it is the minting year of the coin and above it is the inscription People's Republic of China in Chinese. At the very bottom we additionally see the anniversary inscription, also in Chinese.
