Chinese Mythical Creatures is a series of silver investment coins with a limited edition of 50,000 copies.

The collection is inspired by traditional design and ancient Chinese culture, in which the dragon and the tiger occupy special places. The dragon, a symbol of strength and abundance for the Chinese, and the tiger, symbolizing good fortune, have been present in their culture for centuries.

On the reverse of this interesting bullion coin you will find both of these creatures, centered around a flaming pearl. This is another important element of Chinese art, symbolizing wisdom. The whole thing evokes associations with Yin and Yang - the Chinese symbol of balance. On the coin's obverse we find the figure of Queen Elizabeth II, the year of issue of the coin and its denomination - 1 AUD.
