Great White Shark 2021 Silver Coin, 1 oz.
The Great White Shark silver bullion coin is the second in Australia's Most Dangerous series.
This collection is issued by the Royal Australian Mint and, along with the first coin, has become extremely popular among collectors.
The series was dedicated to the most dangerous species of animals inhabiting Australian territory, posing a threat to human health and life. The series was launched in 2020 with the Redback Spider coin. The protagonist of the second silver disc in the series is the white shark, also known as the man-eating shark - one of the largest and most dangerous sharks inhabiting our planet. It became the motif of Spielberg's famous film series, Jaws.
The reverse of the coin depicts an image of a man-eating shark emerging from the water, with its mouth wide open, ready to drive its teeth into the flesh of its prey. At the top is information about the coin's weight and bullion sample, and underneath is the inscription: Great White Shark. The obverse of the coin is decorated with an image of Queen Elizabeth II designed by Jody Clark. Underneath it you will find the coin's denomination - 1 AUD.
