Artemis' bow was a mythical weapon of the Greek goddess of hunting, wildlife and the moon. According to mythology, Artemis received it from Zeus when she was still a child. Its creator was the famous divine smith himself, Hephaestus. This bow was extremely accurate and powerful - it allowed Artemis to hunt with incredible precision and to punish those who offended her. She is often depicted with a quiver full of silver arrows that never missed the target. Her bow symbolized independence, strength and connection to nature. It was also a sign of her virility and devotion to freedom.

The bow was made from 2 ounces of pure .999 sterling silver, creating a numismatic piece of considerable size at 16 cm long and nearly 6 wide. The bow is rich in detail highlighted by subtle 24k gold gilding. The coin comes in an elegant parade box with an accompanying manufacturer's certificate.
