The Emerald Temple copper medal was issued in a limited edition of just 100 pieces worldwide.

The Emerald Temple medal depicts an incredibly colorful scene inspired by a tropical jungle, with a majestic black panther taking center stage. Its intense blue-black coat and golden eyes draw the eye and lend the composition a predatory, almost mystical character. Surrounding it are animals characteristic of the tropical world—on the left is a colorful macaw and a small monkey, while on the right are a toucan and a coiled snake. The entire scene is surrounded by lush vegetation, among which flowers, butterflies, and cascading water are visible.

In the background of the composition is a monumental, ancient temple in the form of a stepped pyramid, the summit of which is illuminated by an intense golden glow. In front of the panther is a round, golden emblem bearing the inscription “THE EMERALD TEMPLE,” adorned with a green stone resembling an emerald. Below are additional elements inspired by the ancient cultures of Central America—an ornament resembling a stone mask and flowing water. The name and motifs of the design allude to the symbolism of the “Emerald Temple,” combining a mysterious temple, wild nature, and the motif of a green stone. The name “Emerald Temple” is also sometimes used to refer to Wat Phra Kaew in Bangkok, known as the Temple of the Emerald Buddha; however, the design on this medal clearly draws on a broader, fantastical vision of a tropical temple.
